HOW DO I RETURN?
Provide your order number and email address or Phone Number.
Follow the instructions and select the product you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
To address damages for products, email at contact@baby24store.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and videos of the damaged items while opening the products, along with the shipping label and invoice slip.
We will arrange either a replacement or a refund for genuine damages or quality/manufacturing defects.
Eligible conditions for replacements include damage to packaging, tampered or opened seals, and broken containers.
Your Order Cancellation Rights:
Notify contact@baby24store.com within 48 hours of delivery if you receive an order with incorrect or missing items, providing photos and videos of the package contents, the shipping label, and the invoice slip.
We'll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund for orders with such discrepancies.
You are entitled to cancel your order before the order shipped without any questions asked with the help of customer care team. Once your order is shipped we can't cancel it. Incase your order is shipped and you still want to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email or call. You can also refuse the delivery. For prepaid order; refund will be initiated after the product is received back in our hub.
Returns:
baby24store.com will not accept return requests for items delivered without damages or defects, in adherence to our safety and sanitary protocols.
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
Please note : Diapers. Baby Care Products, Breast pump, Feeding bottles, Sippers, Spout cups, Nibblers, Feeding Spoons, are non returnable products due to hygiene clause.
Shipping Policy
By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of an agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping with 1st Orders Only, for Returns there will be Shipping Charge to be paid by customer.
3. Delivery Terms
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5 - 7 days. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days of order placement. We operate on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4. Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. You need to inform us via contacting customer care either through call or email.
5. Deliverable Pin codes Availability
Our courier services can revise their pin code services at any given point of time due to unavoidable circumstances. In this instance, our customer care team will get in touch with you for an alternate shipping address if possible. Baby24Store holds the right to cancel the order in case of the provided pin code is non-serviceable.
6. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
7. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
8. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find the outer box of your parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
9. Good & Service Tax
All the prices displayed on the checkout page is inclusive of all taxes.
10. Cancellations
Your Order Cancellation Rights

11. Product Missing / Damaged Product
If there is a product missing / damaged during the delivery than within 24 Hours you have to send us a video of the delivery package you received for proof.
12. Claim Settlement For lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
13. Fake delivery
In case your order is not delivered and it shows delivered in the tracking status than contact customer care or email with order id within 24 hours of the notification received.
14. Shipment Return To Origin Our courier partner will try to attempt the delivery three times but due to any reason if the parcel is not delivered then the shipment will be RTO by our courier partner. For reshipment of the order, the customer needs to wait till the product is back in our place (Non Cod). For COD orders customers can place fresh order.
